On Friday 3rd March our Keas, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, Leaders and parent helpers descended on Thames for our annual group camp. The weekend consisted of 7 rotations comprised of kayaking, BMX/jiggers, archery, flying fox and low ropes, air rifles, slingshot paintball, go-karts and axe throwing. On the Saturday evening there was a camp fire with toasted marshmallows/S’mores and the youth provided entertainment with a selection of skits, jokes and camp fire songs. During the breaks there was also Raptor Ball, Box Hockey, Trampolines, bunny rabbits and an aviary to keep our youth entertained.
What a fun and exhausting weekend was had by all.
